This is an individual contributor role with substantial responsibility for technical delivery. You will work with business stakeholders and colleagues across AI, software engineering, data, and IT, using managed services, existing products, and open-source solutions where appropriate.

- Work with business owners to assess adoption and validate improvements in efficiency, quality, cost, or operating capacity. Use the findings to improve, simplify, or retire solutions.
- Document architecture, integrations, operating procedures, and troubleshooting guidance so that solutions can be maintained and supported by others.

- Ability to understand business needs, break work into manageable tasks, communicate progress, and troubleshoot problems.
- Familiarity with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, or other cloud and AI services.
- Experience with SQL, knowledge retrieval, or integrations with internal business systems.
- Exposure to application deployment, access controls, logging, monitoring, or AI evaluation.
- Experience building internal tools or automation for business operations.
