Job Description
PCOnline is looking for a detail-oriented, energetic and responsible candidate to join our Marketplace Operations team. This is a challenging and exciting position that provides marketplace process support for tasks like managing marketplace inventory, monitoring account health, and coordinating both internally and externally. Job related instructions will be provided. 0-2 years of experience with operation management is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Update listing inventory across different platforms and create shipment orders for distribution centers
- Monitor inventory outbound, issue claims for lost/damaged or other shipment issues within the Marketplace Operations team
- Dive deeply into logistic policies and optimize internal SOPs accordingly
- Analyze shipment records and be responsible for operation gaps, explain and recommend solutions
- Coordinate with return specialists, and issue reimbursement claims for damaged products
- Monitor marketplace performance notifications on a daily basis
- Investigate on-going marketing policy changes and explore violation root causes and provide resolution reports
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with external Marketplace Account Managers
- Summarize and facilitate bi-weekly reviews to marketplace operation managers and responsible parties
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required, and all majors are encouraged to apply
- Strong coordination, oral and written communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Must be located in Delaware or willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving or order fulfillment
- Ability to analyze and identify patterns within available database
- Ability to issue summary
