Job Description
PCOnline is looking for a passionate and reliable candidate to join our Operation Support Team to support the operation aspect of the Department. As an Operation Specialist, you will be responsible to formulate future plans, manage hardware and return, and create guidelines for internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Based on historical data and market prediction, generate production plans for other Departments
- Manage product inventory to be sold on various platforms
- Analyze market conditions, contact suppliers and purchase hardware and accessories, formulate sales plans
- Summarize work processes and create internal Standard Operation Procedure
- Keep track of the return, be agile about problems and resolve them in a timely manner
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required, and all majors are encouraged to apply
- Strong coordination, oral and written communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Keen insight into the consumer electronics market
- Product management knowledge and experience
- Ability to effectively analyze databases and provide recommendations
