Job Description
PCOnline Digital Marketing team is looking for a data-driven, analytical and creative candidate. As a Digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for advertisement development and management, promotion optimization, and leading multifaceted communication. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects, think strategically and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate actively with Product Managers on product planning and tailoring product recommendations to target audience with marketplace promotion tools
- Create advertisement content, design marketing campaigns, and develop promotional strategies
- Analyze marketing data and developing A/B testing to improve the advertisement performance on various marketplaces
- Organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines through optimization process for the PPC advertising campaigns/portfolios
- Deliver advertisement performance reviews and strategic insights for business decision making
- Learn and implement new advertising programs and features available
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics and relevant fields, all majors are encouraged to apply
- Abilities to maintain a keen attention to detail, perform data analysis independently, and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong coordination, oral and written communication
- Data-driven problem-solving skills
- Must be located in Delaware or willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree and above in Marketing, Business Analytics and relevant fields
- Advanced skills on Excel and Google Sheets
- Data management and visualization skills (Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and knowledge in statistical modeling packages (SAS, R and/or Python)
- Ability to provide picture editing skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint
