Key Responsibilities
- Participate in every part of social media marketing, including but not limited to influencer selection, content creation, event planning, product selection, scriptwriting, etc.
- Work with team lead to refine social media strategy and best practices
- Assist project team in promoting stores, brands, and products on TikTok, Youtube, and other social channels through high-quality content and help achieve sales goals
- Prepare periodical data analysis to help company’s executives, department manager, and team lead to evaluate performance and implement strategies
- Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Journalism / Media or related.
- Comfortable filming, editing with Adobe PS & PR, working with a wide range of creative formats including: image, video, and link content, as well as understanding how media flows across different audiences.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and media, understanding how social contents flow between different groups of audiences, and how to maximize the impact of contents.
- Fast-learning & curiosity, be able to actively find opportunities on social platforms and swiftly take action.
- Team player with strong cross-team communication and collaboration abilities, capable of managing time and resources effectively in a multitasking environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in content production, social media marketing, or related fields
- Excellent problem-solving, analyzing, and organizational skills with experience identifying business opportunities and building product strategies are needed.
- Strong knowledge of social content best practices and content specifications in TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube is highly desirable.
- Former experience in collaborating with influencers is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise with A/B testing tools and methodologies within social media is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects is preferred.
