Marketplace Operations Directors: Collaborate with the IT team to develop a proprietary backend 3PL ERP management. Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management or Project Management and 3 years of experience in e-commerce related field, also accept Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience in the same fields. Must have experience in managing or developing ERP systems, hands-on experience in system integration, AI technologies, especially in product development and customer engagement tools, and experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business goals and improve operational processes.
