Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented social media content producer to join our brand solution team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, producing, and managing engaging social media content that aligns with our brand’s voice and marketing strategies. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, increasing brand awareness, and supporting our overall sales goals through innovative and visually appealing content.
This position begins with a 3-month internship, after which a decision regarding further employment will be made.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Design and monitor the production of high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. This includes graphics, videos, reels, stories, and live-streaming content.
- Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the product and sales team to develop and execute content strategies that align with brand objectives, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and produce content for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, pricing and visual identity across all platforms.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content, using insights to optimize future content and improve engagement metrics.
- Live-Streaming Support: Occasionally assist in planning and producing live-streaming sessions, including scripting, setup, and real-time engagement strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone, style, and visual identity.
Basic Qualifications
- Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media production, advertising, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in social media, content creation, branding, or a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Technical Skills: Basic skills in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Capcut or similar software. Experiences with AI video editing tools is a plus.
- Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) and their best practices for branding and sales. Good knowledge of media, ads and consumer psychology.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop content strategies that align with marketing goals and drive measurable sales, actively improving the efficiency of social content creation and media planning .
- Attention to Details: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep details arranged.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new trends, tools, and platform updates in the fast-paced social media and ecommerce landscape.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable using basic analytics tools and excel formulas to track content performance and make data-driven decisions.
