Submit a Claim​

Step 1 – Contact Customer Service

To claim PCOnline warranty support, please contact our customer service through askus@pconlineus.com  or fill out the Claim Form below.

Please be sure to provide the following information in your warranty claim:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address for the Account
  • Serial Number
  • Order # (if available)
  • Shipping Address (for mailing and return)
Step 2 – Ship Your PC to PCOnline Service Center

Once you submit your warranty claim, our customer service will contact you with detailed shipping instructions as well as a prepaid shipping label. 

Step 3 – Receive Product Evaluations and Solutions

Once your warranty claim has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days. Our protection technicians will then evaluate your PC and provide solutions and repair services accordingly. The average turnaround time may take up to 5 business days.
