Job Description
PCOnline is looking for a detail-oriented, energetic and responsible candidate to join our Marketplace Management team. This is a challenging and exciting position that provides operational related support for tasks like monitoring customer account performance, providing prompt customer support, and coordinating both internally and externally. Job related instructions will be provided.
This position begins with a 3-month internship, after which a decision regarding further employment will be made.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, identifying their specific needs and aligning them with tailored service and pricing strategies.
- Maintain timely and effective communication with customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions related to the selected service plans.
- Be able to resolve operational issues internally and externally
- Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies, errors, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports related to 3PL costs and billing trends monthly and quarterly.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong coordination, oral and written communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Python, and SQL are preferred
- Knowledge and experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving or order fulfillment is preferred
