Live Streaming Anchor (Part-Time)

Job Description


We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative TikTok live-streaming anchor to join our social marketing team, specializing in PC, video gaming accessories, and small electronics. As a TikTok Live host, you will be responsible for hosting daily live-streaming sessions and seasonal events on TikTok and creating an engaging live-streaming environment that drives customer interaction and transaction conversions. You’ll plan, execute, and review our live sessions to increase user engagement and optimize follower retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and Design Live-Streaming Strategy: Develop creative strategies for starting, optimizing, and designing live-streaming sessions to achieve specific business goals, such as reaching sales targets, gaining followers, or increasing viewer engagement.
  • Host Daily Live-Streaming Sessions: Present and showcase our products during live sessions on TikTok, emphasizing why our store is competitive and trustworthy. Encourage the audience to take action.
  • Host Seasonal Events Live-Streaming Sessions: Highlight the attractiveness and uniqueness of our seasonal promotions and deals during online shopping festivals. Build brand awareness and attract followers during these peak traffic periods.
  • Engage with Viewers: Respond to real-time questions, comments, and reactions professionally to provide value to the audience. Encourage shares, stays, and engagements by being flexible and responsive.
  • Conduct Market Research: Study live-streaming settings, skills, selling strategies, and camera techniques to enhance live-stream quality. Regularly monitor peers’ actions to learn from their strengths and avoid their weaknesses.
  • Cross-Department Communication: Maintain active communication internally and externally to ensure live sessions are aligned with other sales channels and brand strategies.

Basic Qualifications

  • An avid interest in electronics with a willingness to learn about new brands, products, and social marketing trends.
  • Proficient in using TikTok, Twitter (X), Instagram, and other social media platforms. Familiar with tech-related content, influencers, and hot topics.
  • Prior experience in electronics retail, e-commerce, or related fields preferred. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing audience preferences, market trends, and various live situations to maintain high-quality live streams.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to effectively convey selling points, product details, and brand values.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, cameras, live streaming equipment, and simple editing tools to assist in creating after-live content.
  • Willingness to host live streaming sessions during peak viewing times, weekends, and special events as needed.
