Customer Account Specialist (Intern)

Job Description

PCOnline is looking for a detail-oriented, energetic and responsible candidate to join our Marketplace Management team. This is a challenging and exciting position that provides operational related support for tasks like maintaining a good relationship with our client, managing client accounts and  providing prompt customer support, and coordinating both internally and externally operations. Job related instructions will be provided. 
This position begins with a 3-month internship, after which a decision regarding further employment will be made.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, identifying their specific needs and aligning them with tailored service and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain timely and effective communication with customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions related to the selected service plans.
  • Be able to resolve operational issues internally and externally
  • Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies, errors, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports related to operational and logistics costs and billing trends monthly and quarterly.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong coordination, oral and written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Python, and SQL are preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving or order fulfillment is preferred
