Business Development Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will support business development through market research, lead generation, and client outreach. This opportunity is ideal for proactive individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration—while building and maintaining strong business relationships.
This position begins with a 3-month internship, after which a decision regarding further employment will be made.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research potential markets, industries, and clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in lead generation, cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls), and follow-up communication.
  • Support the team in preparing presentations, proposals, and partnership materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, or client meetings (as needed).

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); other language skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace; able to create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets independently.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
