Key Responsibilities
- Participate in full-cycle recruiting, including resume screening, interviewing, offer negotiating
- Maintain current recruiting channels while actively explore new opportunities to hire talents
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements and be agile to the new policy
- Conduct in-depth research on benefit programs and facilitate with the implementation
- Participate in revamping and improving performance evaluation for better alignment with the needs of each department
- Create employee engagement programs and events to inspire and enforce the company culture
- Be open to enroll in ad-hoc projects and perform miscellaneous tasks
Basic Qualifications
- All majors are welcome to apply, but majors in Human Resources, or data-related majors are preferred
- Experience with recruiting is highly desirable but not required
- The ability to communicate with a diverse group of employees is a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to details are required
