Digital Marketing Specialist – Marketplace Ads (intern)

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will enjoy devoting yourself to advertisement development and management, digital promotion optimization, and multifaceted communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Digital Marketing Specialists with day-to-day tasks and projects
  • Conduct research on Ads report and gather market data to evaluate current Ads performance
  • Create advertisement content, design marketing campaigns, and develop promotional strategies to promote products on marketplaces (including Amazon, Walmart, Newegg. etc.)
  • Deliver continuous optimization to the PPC advertising campaigns/portfolios and manage advertisement budget for all products on various marketplaces
  • Evaluate and analyze marketing success across marketplaces, providing strategic insights to Product Managers (PM) and management team for business decision-making
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate
  • Majors in Marketing, Business Intelligence and relevant fields are welcomed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace is required.
  • Hands-on experience and advanced skills on Excel (Formular, Pivot Table, etc.) and Google Sheets is a must.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required. Bilingual abilities in both Mandarin Chinese and English are highly recommended.
  • Abilities to maintain a keen attention to detail, work independently and as part of a team, and work efficiently under pressure are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis, and drive data-driven decisions is required.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Master’s degree or recent graduate
  • Minimum of one year of experience on major digital advertising platforms is preferred.
  • Former experience in the marketplace (Amazon, Walmart, Newegg, eBay, etc.) advertising is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analyzing, and organizational skills with experience identifying business opportunities and building product strategies are needed.
  • Abilities to take initiative, be hands-on, and execute plans are required.
  • Demonstrated expertise with A/B testing tools and methodologies within search is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects is preferred.
