Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our growing team. As a senior TPM, you will serve as a liaison between departments, leading and supporting the completion of various technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the design and implementation of the in-house ERP system, ensuring proper integration with e-commerce platforms.
- Develop understanding of 3PL systems (i.e., WMS and OMS) and implement the knowledge to practice.
- Design and optimize backend architecture, ensure high performance, scalability, and stability.
- Continuously improve and modify software functions based on user feedback to enhance the user experience.
- Communicate with internal and external teams to understand their needs and come up with resolutions.
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong intrinsic motivation to learn new technologies.
- The ability to teamwork and collaboration are essential.
