Job Description
PCOnline Admin team is looking for a task-driven and reliable front desk. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and vendors. We expect the ideal candidate to show enthusiasm and be able to represent the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive all visitors, clients, and vendors with a professional attitude
- Assist with setting up meetings and reserving rooms
- Receive, stock, and replenish office supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workplace and break room
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Organize conference rooms and shared space for each meeting
- Communicate with the third-party custodian team
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Punctuality and accountability are required
- Vital interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Previous related experience is desirable
