responsible for strategic supply chain leadership, operations, vendor & partnership management, and cross-functional collaboration &leadership.Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, E-commerce, Computer Science, or a related field and 2 years’ experience in cross-border e-commerce operations, also accept Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience in the same fields. Must have experience of technical and operational ownership of Odoo ERP systems, experience of ERP module customization, third-party logistics integration, and workflow automation tailored for global e-commerce. Must have experience in integrating global e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Global, AliExpress, Shopify Plus) with ERP, WMS, and third-party logistics systems, including real-time inventory sync and order routing automation. Must have experience of designing and executing fulfillment strategies across North America, Europe, and Asia, including DDP/DDU shipping models, IOSS/VAT compliance, HS code classification, and cross-border returns management.
